Customer Satisfaction
We make every effort to keep up the high standards under which ASIHome was founded. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction every day. If for some reason we fail to achieve this for you, please contact us at (800) 263-8608. We will do everything reasonable to make things right for you.

Ordering
A toll free call to (800) 263-8608 connects you to our knowledgeable sales team who seeks to provide you with the information, support and products you need. We will gladly provide you with quotations, product information and technical assistance. Our business hours are 7:30 am to 6:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders can be placed 24 hours via toll free fax at (570) 451-4770, on our after-hours voice mail order desk at our toll free number, (800) 263-8608, or at our web site: http://www.asihome.com. We do not have a minimum order.

Same Day Shipping
Most orders for in-stock items placed by 3:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same day, F.O.B. Tafton, PA, based on product availability. For same day shipping on orders placed after 3:00 pm but before 4:15 pm EST (Monday - Friday), please call. Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground, FedEx Express Saver, or US Mail. Guaranteed two-day, overnight and Saturday delivery are available for time sensitive orders. US Mail Parcel Post shipping is also available to some areas.

Payment Terms
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express with no additional charge for credit card payment.

International Payment Terms
 For orders from Canada, ASIHome will require prepayment. Payments must be made via wire transfer. Additional fees may apply.

Insurance
Orders under $100 are automatically insured by FedEx or UPS. Orders greater than $100 will incur an additional insurance fee.

Refusals / Incorrect Address
 Any orders that are refused or are undeliverable will be charged shipping fees and a restocking fee of 10% of the invoiced amount. FedEx and UPS impose a $18.00 address correction fee, which ASIHome will bill you for if an incorrect address is given at time of order. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect street addresses, missing suite/apartment numbers, or incorrect ZIP code. To avoid both this $18.00 charge and shipping delays, please confirm accurate shipping information at time of order.

Drop Shipments
Please make sure that someone will be available to sign for the package(s) or arrange for a signature release on file with the carrier. Manufacturer special orders, large orders and expedited orders may also be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer to your location. Although ASIHome does not charge for drop shipments, please note that several manufacturers do charge a drop ship fee. You will be billed separately for any incurred drop ship fees and shipping costs.

Billing Discrepancies
Shipping or billing discrepancies (mis-shipped items, missing items, incorrect charges, etc.) must be brought to our attention within 5 days of receipt of package.

Damaged in Shipping
Every effort is made to pack your goods to prevent damage during shipping; however, if damage does occur, you must notify ASIHome within 5 days of receipt of package. We will file a claim with the carrier, and upon credit from the carrier, we will issue credit to you. FedEx and UPS reserve the right to inspect packaging and damaged products; credit may not be issued if packaging is not available for inspection. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please ask your courier to make a note of the damage at time of delivery.

Defective Out-of-Box Returns
ASIHome understands how exasperating it is to receive a defective product. Subject to the product manufacturer warranty requirements, we will replace defective products returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date. Defective products must> be returned in the manufacturer’s original packing, and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product, including all manuals, etc. Do not write on or use the product packaging as a shipping box. You pay shipping to us, and we will pay for domestic return shipping to you via FedEx Express Saver, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Due to manufacturer warranty requirements, some product may not be returned for credit, but will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion.

Manufacturers' Warranties
There are no returns on special order merchandise.
 All return requests must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. During this 30-day period, all new and unused products that are currently manufactured, in their original packaging with all hardware and manuals, and in resalable condition, can be returned without a restocking fee; installed items cannot be returned. You must pay shipping to us. Product not meeting these criteria, in most cases, cannot be returned or is subject to a restocking fee. Due to copyright laws, software, books, and manuals are not returnable. Wire is also not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable and returns must be sent to ASIHome or the manufacturer (depending on their policy) freight prepaid. ASIHome is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping. Our RMA request form must be completed before an RMA number is issued. To obtain an RMA request form, contact us at (800) 263-8608. RMA numbers ensure proper credit is issued or replacement product is handled correctly. You must write the RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning, not on the manufacturer’s package. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Returns without an RMA number on the box will be refused. <b>Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility and customer commitment prior to ordering and installing any items.

Replacements for defective item(s) will be shipped FedEx Saver/Ground, with no shipping charge. The customer is responsible for shipping arrangements and charges to return the defective item(s) to ASIHome or the manufacturer (depending on their policy). Advanced replacements are available upon request for some product lines. The customer (you) is responsible for purchasing the replacement before it is shipped. Credit will then be issued upon receipt of product and credit issued to us from the manufacturer. <b>We will not ship replacement product without payment even in the case of defective items.

Special Order Items
Some items are special order and cannot be cancelled or returned once we place the order for them unless they are defective. You must agree to this condition before the order will be processed. Items that are special order will be marked and you will be contacted to approve the special order condition. If an item is not marked as special order but is in fact a special order item, you will be contacted to approve the special order condition.

Manufacturers' Warranties
As a rule, most products carried by ASIHome feature a minimum of 90-day warranty direct from the manufacturer. Some warranties extend further. In all cases where the product was purchased more than 30 days prior, warranty issues should be handled through the manufacturer. However, we also realize that some manufacturers handle warranties better than others, and we are glad to answer any warranty questions you may have.

Manufacturer warranties often require that you send the product directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. In these cases, be aware that you may not have use of that product for some time.

Some manufacturers (such as Russound) will only warranty from authorized dealers like ASIHome. Purchasing products such as these from unauthorized dealers will void your warranty.
